Please be advised that we are currently experiencing degraded network performance in certain areas of Cape Town and Bloemfontein due to a dual NLD failure on the route.
As a result, some services may be affected by:
• Slow speeds
• High latency
• Intermittent packet loss
Our teams, together with the relevant vendors, are actively investigating the issue and working to restore full service as a matter of urgency.
